Why a Standard Guide Is Priced per Site

A tooth-supported guide for one or two implants takes the same planning steps as a larger case: CBCT-to-scan registration, a virtual wax-up and implant position, depth and angulation set from the final restoration. Each added site adds planning time and a sleeve position, so TrueGuide Dental prices it at $59 per site instead of charging for a new guide.

Why a Full Arch Is One Flat Price

An edentulous arch usually carries four to eight implants. The full-arch guide is $579 for every site in that arch, with the fixation pin guide and a printed arch model included. The stackable system at $2,559 adds bone reduction, seating and osteotomy guides, angled multi-unit abutment selection, a segmented bone model and a screw-retained provisional printed before surgery.

What Every Guide Includes

  • A digital treatment plan from your CBCT (DICOM) and intraoral scan (STL, PLY or OBJ)

  • Restorative-driven implant positioning with at least a 2 mm margin to the nerve and adjacent roots

  • A plan review with a technician: 15 minutes for a standard guide, 30 minutes for a full arch

  • Unlimited plan revisions until the guide prints

  • A fit check on a printed model before the guide ships

  • Free ground shipping to your office in the lower 48 states

What Costs Extra

Sleeves from your own guided kit cost nothing to use. A metal sleeve supplied by TrueGuide Dental is $29 each. A metal-printed guide is quoted per case. Two-day and overnight shipping are billed at FedEx rates.

How to Get a Guide Priced

Upload a CBCT, an intraoral scan, a bite and your Rx with the implant system and platform on the Submit a Case page, from anywhere in the United States. The full price list is on the TrueGuide Dental Fee Schedule. For most single-implant cases, the total is $279, and the guide ships 48 hours after you approve the plan.
