CBCT Scan
DICOM files covering the surgical arch, taken with the patient biting on cotton rolls.
Intraoral Scan
STL, PLY or OBJ from any scanner. An impression or a stone model works too.
Bite and Photos
Bite registration, plus retracted photos on every full-arch case.
Your Rx
Implant system and platform, guide type, and any anatomy the plan must respect.

What do I need to send? +
A CBCT in DICOM, an intraoral scan in STL, PLY or OBJ, a bite, and your Rx. Full-arch cases need retracted photos.
How long does a guide take? +
Standard guides ship 48 hours after plan approval. Stackable full-arch guides take longer, with timing set at your plan review.
How much does a surgical guide cost? +
A standard guide is $279 for two implant sites, plus $59 for each added site. A full-arch guide is $579 flat. Your first guide is free.
Do you support my implant system? +
All of them, including Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Zimmer Biomet and Implant Direct. Use your own kit’s sleeves, ours, or a sleeveless guide. Note the platform on your Rx.
Do you plan or just print? +
Both. Send a CBCT and a scan and we plan the case, or send your approved plan and we print the guide from it for $119.
Do you work with offices outside New Jersey? +
Yes. Dentists in all 50 states upload records online, and ground shipping is free in the lower 48. Chairside support during surgery is available in New York and New Jersey.
