How long does a case take? +
Crowns, bridges and dentures ship in 5 to 7 business days, and full-arch All-on-X in 5 to 10, depending on the material.
Do you restore every implant system? +
Yes. We restore any implant system. Scan with the scan body seated and note the implant system and platform on your Rx.
What is your remake policy? +
If a remake is our fault, it's free and we pay shipping both ways. If the records have to be retaken, the remake is half price.
How do I send a case? +
Upload your scan on the Submit a Case page, or ship an impression or a model. We accept STL, PLY and OBJ files from every major scanner.
Is shipping included? +
Ground shipping is free on three or more units and on every full-arch case. Two-day and overnight shipping are billed at FedEx rates.
